To join the New Jersey Apartment Association today and be in the company of the industry’s best, please fill out the membership application below.
The membership fee for owner members is based on the amount of units owned/managed. First year annual dues are $2.50 per unit at $350 minimum. Associate members, suppliers of products and services to the multifamily housing community, have an annual dues payment of $500 per calendar year or $750 after July 1st that includes the remainder of the current year and following year.

There are Three Membership Categories:
Owner Membership
You qualify as an Owner Member if you own, manage, build or develop mulit-family housing in NJ .
