    How do I find my National Apartment Association (NAA) username and password?

    Instructions for accessing NAA protected content is available here . Membership in the New Jersey Apartment Association automatically provides you membership in the National Apartment Assocaition. Content on the NAA website,NAAHQ.org, however, is protected under a different username name and password than you use for this site. Back To Top

    What communications will I receive with my membership?

    Both owner and associate members receive the Friday Update, a one page e-mail of industry related news and information sent every week, AIM magazine that is published 8 times a year, a copy of the membership directory and access to our online directory through www.njaa.com. Back To Top

    How many events are held per year?

    We host six events per year: the Annual Meeting held in January, Maintenance Mania, a competition based event for maintenance professionals in March, our 3 day Conference & Expo held in Atlantic City in May, the NJAA PAC Reception and Garden State Awards both held in October and the Children’s Holiday Party, a Charitable event to support less fortunate children.     How much does it cost to be a member of the NJAA?

    Associate members pay a fee of $500 per calendar year or after July 1st a fee of $750 that includes the current year and the next year. Owner members pay $2.50 per unit for the first year’s annual dues with a $350 minimum payment. Back To Top
