Resident Manager

Resident Manager will handle all leasing, marketing, sales, customer service and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

•    Oversee customer service and Resident relations
•    Oversee maintenance department practices to include work orders, apartment move-ins and move-outs and turnovers along with vendor/contractor relations
•    Greet prospective residents and show apartments
•    Handle marketing surveys and weekly traffic reports - make recommendations based on the analysis of the reports
•    Process application and lease renewals

Resident Manager should also maintain effective internal controls over operation activities in compliance with best practice policies and guidelines.


•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
•    Ability to complete tasks
•    Attention to detail
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills

Fair Housing experience is a plus.
