NJAA Education & Certification Programs

Monthly Seminars

NJAA offers monthly seminars covering topics from building maintenance, industry trends, technology, leasing and property management strategies, and legal and regulatory topics to ensure that your company stays in compliance.

Certifications

NJAA offers a variety of certifications throughout the year, such as Lead Safe Work Practices, EPA Certified Renovator classes, Certified Pool Operator, EPA §608 Technician Certification, as well as industry certifications such as Fair Housing and Beyond.

National Professional Designations

NJAA administers NAAEI’s designation programs, which are the premier professional designations for multifamily housing professionals. The Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation for property managers, the Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) designation for maintenance supervisors, the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designation for leasing staff, and the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor for senior apartment management professionals, are all recognized designations throughout the industry.
