Important Things to Know:

All booths must be show ready by 2pm on May 20, 2025.

Each booth comes with a certain number of complimentary full registrations that include access to conference & expo functions, including the President’s Reception, Keynote Presentation, After Hours Party at Premier and all education sessions.

Instructions to register your booth attendees are below.

All attendees must have a unique badge - no badge sharing is allowed under any circumstances.

Each exhibitor must fill out and sign a contract that includes information on our cancellation policy, what your booth includes, etc.

All booths must be paid in full no later than March 1, 2025.

Each exhibitor must pay NJAA 100% of booth price at the time of submission in order to have NJAA assign a booth.

Booth Attendee Registration

Please ensure your booth attendees have an account on our website. Those with Company Management Access can add/edit/delete staff members through your Member Compass. If you want to send instructions for them to create their own accounts, those instructions can be found here.

There is no option for TBD registrations, please complete this process only once you have the names of your attendees. If you only know 1 or 2, put them in and come back! If you're not sure yet, you can wait and come back later!

Booth Admin Contacts: Have your login and promo code on hand! (promo codes can also be found in your Member Compass!) You are the ones who have to complete the Booth Attendee registration below!

Promo Codes will have a limit based on the allotted complimentary registration amount with your booth purchase. Additional booth attendee tickets over and above your complimentary amount are $525 per ticket.
