Katie Rigsby is a multifamily industry leader with over 20 years of experience in property management, portfolio oversight, and team development. She has managed portfolios of 3,000 units, shopping centers, and hotels, and holds the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor, Certified Apartment Manager, and National Apartment Leasing Professional credentials.

Founder of Katie Rigsby Inspires, LLC, she provides consulting, corporate training, keynote presentations, and NAAEI credential instruction nationwide. An active NAA member and faculty Advanced Facilitator, Katie also contributes to industry publications and delivers seminars on leadership, sales, marketing, and multifamily operations. She is recognized by Toastmasters International as an Advanced Communicator and Leader and is a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association.
