Paul Rhodes has nearly 30 years of experience in the multifamily industry, starting on-site in service roles and advancing to national education and operations leadership. He has served as Lead Instructor for HD Supply Customer Training and as National Maintenance Instructor for the NAA Education Institute, updating and delivering key maintenance certification programs nationwide.

Currently Senior Manager of Maintenance Learning at Brookfield Properties, Paul develops and trains maintenance teams across the portfolio while staying active in all areas of multifamily maintenance management. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and holds multiple credentials, including CAMT, CAPS, EPA 608, and OSHA certifications.
