Rebecca Rosario is a nationally recognized multifamily industry speaker, consultant, and educator with more than 25 years of experience in leasing, marketing, talent development, and training. As President of Full House Marketing, Inc. in North Carolina, she helps property management teams boost performance, improve occupancy and income, and strengthen customer service through practical, engaging training and facilitation. Rebecca also co‑founded The ApartMentors and Diversity‑Connection, championing talent development, employee engagement, and inclusive workplace practices.
A frequent presenter for local and state apartment associations and a repeated speaker at the National Apartment Association’s Apartmentalize Conference, she facilitates NAAEI designation courses including CALP, CAM, and CAPS and has authored more than 30 original industry programs. Her industry contributions have earned her induction into the Apartment Association of North Carolina Hall of Fame and recognition as a GlobeSt. Woman of Influence.
