NJAA provides professional development for owners, managers, developers, vendors and their staff members. NJAA’s classes provide critical information to those involved in the multifamily industry. Whether it is a class on bed bugs, understanding industry-related financial statements, or hot legal topics, these classes will give you the information you need to make your business successful.

Discounts on Designation Education

NJAA offers certification classes for professional designations developed by the NAA including: Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT); Certified Apartment Manager (CAM); Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP); and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). These courses are offered to members at a discount. Non-members must pay the non-member rate.

NJAA provides members with the opportunity to network and develop business relationships. These networking events are exclusively for the benefit of NJAA members. NJAA’s Conference and Expo is only open to vendors in good standing with the Association. Non-members are not permitted to exhibit.

NJAA’s bimonthly magazine, Apartment Industry Magazine (AIM), provides members with the most up-to-date information on what is happening in the multifamily industry in New Jersey.
