As Vice President, I am responsible for leading new business opportunities, building client relationships, researching competitive landscape, and focusing on developing broader business environments. I focus my efforts on generating ideas for new services and strategic initiatives that drive growth and expansion. My key objectives include strengthening the brand, expanding market presence, acquiring new users, and increasing overall awareness.
In addition to Business Development, I play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring client satisfaction, managing service delivery teams, and supporting the company’s strategic growth initiatives. A key part of my role is to drive operational excellence across commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional janitorial services, while maintaining strict compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and budgetary objectives.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Drexel University and over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.
My core competencies include business development, construction management, operating budgets, risk management, and operations management.
