2025 EPA RRP Certification
Event Details
All firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in units built pre-1978 must be certified by EPA or use certified renovators who are trained by EPA-approved providers and follow lead-safe practices.
NJAA has partnered with a member company to bring this important training directly to you and your staff! This one day certification course will be instructed by a seasoned member of LEW Environmental/NAETI's team that will assist you in understanding how to comply with the RRP Rule, properly remediate projects, and provide hands-on instruction.
Topics will include but will not be limited to: health effects; regulations; lead-safe work practices; record keeping requirements; training non-certified renovation workers.
EPA Regulation Rule
This certification is required for all improvement activities that disturb more than 6 square feet (interior) or more than 20 square feet (exterior) of paint in any housing built before 1978 that has not been certified as lead-based paint free.
