Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair & Painting (RRP) Certification Course
Event Details
All firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in apartments built pre-1978 must be certified by EPA or use certified renovators who are trained by EPA-approved providers and follow lead-safe practices.

The New Jersey Apartment Association has partnered with LEW Environmental Services to bring this important training directly to you and your team.
This one day certification course will be instructed by a seasoned member of LEW Environmental/NAETI's and is designed to ensure participants fully understand how to comply with the EPA’s Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule, properly manage lead-safe projects, and apply practical, hands-on techniques in the field.
Topics will include but will not be limited to: health effects of lead exposure
EPA RRP Rule requirements and compliance; lead-safe work practices; record-keeping and documentation requirements; and training of non-certified renovation workers.
