Jennifer Alexander is Managing Shareholder at Griffin Alexander, PC, where she focuses on landlord-tenant law, community association law, collections, and commercial real estate transactions across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. She represents landlords and community associations on legal matters including evictions, lease compliance, fair housing, municipal issues, and board governance.
A frequent NJAA speaker, Jennifer advises members on federal and state housing regulations, community association leadership, and operational best practices. She serves on the NJAA Legislative Committee, the Advisory Board for Rutgers University’s Center for Real Estate, and is a trained mediator through the Community Associations Institute.
